    My bad, didn't consider the special characters

    try

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(ISNUMBER(MATCH(CODE(MID(UPPER(A1),ROW(INDIRECT("1 :"&LEN(A1))),1)),ROW(INDIRECT("65:90")),0))))=LEN( A1)
