Can i create a list in a new worksheet by filtering data

I'm not evens sure if this is possible, but i am trying to extract a list of information in a new workbook. I have attached an image of the file (i have omitted some info due to confidentiality, but if should not affect anything). The file is a recipe basically for hanging baskets, and there are hundreds of these. what i would like to do in another file that we plan our space allocation, is to create a list that has all of the vital info from each recipe:

Basically, the recipe is set up as such:

    A B
    7 Type 12" Shade
    8 Name Ember Glow
    9 Qty 42

    25 Type 12" Shade
    26 Name Firecracker
    27 qty 56

In the new file, i need to be able to see in a list view for each item like this: I know that i can link the cells to these specific cells, but is there a formula that i could use to pull all this info? the only way i can think of is to link individual cells, which would take a lot of work.

    Name Type Qty
    Ember Glow 12" Shade 42
    Firecracker 12" shade 56
