Locking Columns data to be edited.

Hi

I need to lock two columns such that only data can be entered there and once the user type the data into it, it can't be edited or deleted without password.
Secondly, I need to disable sheet deletion option for a file.

Further, I don't want to convert it into "xlsm" format.

3. If you are using macros, you have to save the workbook either Macro Enabled workbook (xlsm) or Excel Binary Workbook (xlsb)
