VLookUp Value From One Sheet To Another Sheet

Hi Guys,
I here again.
Just want to know the best solution for this.
I have 2 sheets. The sheet 1 is checksheet. sheet2 is database.
On sheet1 (checksheet). I want to populate the codes (code column) of every item value that i input(item column).
For instance,
If i type A it automatically include the corresponding code items on the code columns.
Hope someone will help me regarding on this.

I've populate the item using index and match function but unfortunately the the other codes that belong to the other items also included.
This is the update. (all formatted in yellow should not be included).
Any other solutions for this???

Sorry guys. Ive found solution to my problem into this forum.
display in columns of the values of merge cell (look up value).
I really need to solve this.
