    Calculate the Hours

    Dear Members,

We just struck up with some software errors in our system, which we use for hours consumed for some activity.
I am attaching the file for your ref. Please tell me how to calculate the hours.
If macro can be used, please help...

    Regards,
    Leo Paul

    Hi leopaulc

The first thing is to convert all the text numbers to real numbers. Select a blank cell, copy > Select the data C2:AD27 > Paste Special > Tick the Add > Click OK > format cells as hh:mm or [h]:mm.

Then you can total the rows, see the attached, column AE.
