One way to do this is to put your macro in an add-in file, which will create a simple button on the menu bar (Excel 2003 or earlier), or on the Ribbon (Excel 2007 or later) that will call your macro. For an idea of an add-in, you can use any of the add-ins in this forum, or search for add-ins on the internet.
