require formula help to copy data from sheet to sheet

I need a little help. I have a spreadsheet that has lots of data that gets updated weekly.
Currently i filter the data and copy the parts i want, to other worksheets, however this is very time consuming. I do have some restrictions due to the fact that i work on a government system. I need to use formulas no VB.A Can you help me?

I have a simple example
the worksheet has different types of animals with size, type, color and tabs that match the animals. I need the entire row(S) to be copied
can you help me create a formula that sorts the animals in column A and then copies the sorted ROWS to the tabs that match
