    Copying formulas while keeping formating

I keep learning how much i don't know about Excel...i want to drag and fill down a bunch of cells, but would like the formula to keep going in the same intervals:

if i have =B8 in cell M1, then =B18 in cell M2, B28 in M3, etc...can i copy that some how to keep the interval going up by 10 each time?
