Column to Row and Row to Column

I am try to make Column to Row and Row to Column but Excel cant make all I wants

1: Select your data
2: Copy the selected range
3: Click anywhere out side selected range
4: Right Click -> Paste Special -> Values also Check "Transpose" option
5: Click OK
