Concatenate array string

Is it possible to concatenate the the output of an array by excel formula?
e.g., my array output is {"0";"f";"e";"w";"3";"2";"1";"m";"a";"k";"e";"8";" 7";"6";"m";"a";"n";"y"}
i want the output as 0few321make876many
