Used two named ranges
rngSL=Sheet1!$A$7:INDEX(Sheet1!$A$7:$A$100,MATCH(9 999,Sheet1!$A$7:$A$100))
rngDay=OFFSET(rngSl,0,1+MATCH(Sheet1!$AK$2,Sheet1! $C$4:$AF$4,0),,1)
And a few COUNTIFs
