    Try this... open a new workbook, copy/paste the code I provided into it and then "Save As" the workbook as a Template. That way, when you start a New workbook that needs this functionality, just select the workbook you saved as a Template instead of selecting a Blank workbook... doing that will make the functionality available without your having to do anything special.
