Testing registering

Someone is having difficulty registering so I am trying it out in this Thread. The problem seems to be that he never receives the confirmation Email with the link to activate his account.

So let me try registering a few times.

excelxxxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com ( the x’s are covering the real address )

I went through the typical steps

So far so good.

I got the Email, but it landed in my Spam folder. For some reason that seems to be a typical occurrence

OK, so far so good with gmail. It worked, ( but note confirmation Email with the link to activate the account landed in spam folder
Let me try some other free Email providers in the next posts …….
