    Power Query Formula to Make Column Keep Retain Alphabetic When Refresh

    hi all..

    i have appended file when new refreshing data the column and rows is change
    how to make formula in PQ so that in column C "KPKNL" automatic keep alphabetic sort.
    here my attachment picture
    any one help me, greatly appreciated

    Is that end result on the picture?
    the A-Z sort of this column works for you?
    anyway you can extract first letter after first space and sort it
    maybe if you attach excel file with your example it will help more

    hi Sandy666,
    i found new problem and to modified like this with the same example before it
    how to way or make formula to sort "name of city (in col C)" with sort list like this below, start from first sort order
    1. KPKNL Padang
    2. KPKNL Bukittinggi
    3. KPKNL Pekanbaru
    4. KPKNL Batam
    5. KPKNL Dumai

    would you help me out?
