If you want to do any of the things in the Moderation Tools dropdown , then
_ The first thing you should do is _ … Deselect All Posts … Proceed …
_ Then you can do what you wanted to do

You don’t always need to Deselect All Posts first, and probably if you have no things selected, then you should theoretically not need to do it. But for some strange reason , if you don’t do that first, then sometimes things don’t work.
I don’t know yet exactly what causes the problem. It might be a forum software bug, or it might be some reaction with something like Browser History, or it might be something else of it might be a combination of all those things.
It can be a difficult life as a forum Moderator, my colleague , Bro, but together we can overcome all problems and Excel or PQ lots and lots
