Hey guys!

I have already studied some of your posts and I have adapted numerous approaches to my tools and work.

Now I have registered here with a somewhat complex (for me) concern / goal.

I have created a file for employees who can assign respective activities to the respective employee for each day using a combo box.
The problem or the difficulty is that the employees perform the inputs as quickly and easily as possible.
This moves the combo boxes or datalists as well as the formatting, etc. The structure and formatting are constantly broken.
I've already created a lock using the Workbook_open event, but it's probably not working that well yet.
The goal is to activate a lock each time the file is opened, which prohibits employees:
- to change the structure
Rows / columns / cells to delete or move

Basically, users are only allowed to select a selection from a combo box or make the appropriate selection using the keyboard.



Does anyone have an idea for this?
A possible approach maybe already?
