    Date Formatting

    Hi All!

    Greetings of the day.

I have to fill in dates in dd/mm/yyyy format (as per Govt Dept requirement) in Excel worksheets. These worksheets are then imported in a Java Utility (developed by Govt Dept) Quarterly Return. The problem is, dates appearing in the Java Utility are dd/mm/yy (and not the required format of dd/mm/yyyy) and error messages are appearing.

    Please help me.

    Thanks & Regards.

I have no experience with Java, and I suspect that the issue is with Java as you have the dates formatted correctly in Excel. I did a quick google search and found this link which may be helpful
