Check this file. I've given two listboxes, one on the sheet, and one in a userform.

Looks good. I have a few questions:
1. How, and where, does the ListBox and the Form get populated with the items in the StartTimes range? I looked for code but obviously missed it.
2. How would I add an additional Range to each?
2. How do I add Titles?
