Adding function without messing up original code

Hi Again

I have attached a small wb with a formula that mirrors certain data entered on sheet one into sheet 2, now this works well except
i could do with the data to get mirrored to the next available blank row in sheet two as the auto delete function in the original wb
would leave blank rows.
And not all the old data already in my files will have these costings entered in straight away.
Is there away to have this happen in vb

also is there away to export all expired rows in sheet two to a perminent archive sheet to hold these records

In the last wb test 2222 there is a formula to mirror dats from sheet1 into sheet 2 is there a way i can get it to enter the data in the first available row with
a blank cell in column a?

The data in sheet 2 will get auto deleted when the contract expires so will leave blank rows dotted around


Any Help would be appreciated
