Formula Based Excel Calendar With Custom Start Month

Hello Experts,
I am working on a Microsoft Excel Calendar template.
but have added a few modifications of my own.

The original template only came with a year that you can change, the months are Jan thru Dec for the same year.
I have added a month selector, and want the calendar to always start with the month and year going forward 12 months.
please see attached file.
I got the month and year to appear correctly.
but could not get the formula for the dates on the calendar to work.
have been working on this for 2 days already.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
