10$ for modifying the VBA code to export the excel header and footer to Word Doc

Gurus,

i have an excel file that based on the data on excel, it generates a memo, now few modification is required. the Excel file Header and footer is as Picture and a VBA code to be written that when the word memo is created the header of excel also need to move to Word header and footer.

i need this code by end of today, if possible please let me know.
