Hi all.
After years i am back on Excel. Just love it.
I need to lookup data in a sheet. The sheet names are employees names. I have extracted that. But to get the corresponding data to mach is an uphill battle.
As the months goes on i would like it to look at the next month and bring the data to one sheet. A dropdown i thought.
If anyone can give me some ideas to get this going, i will be blessed.

Can you please reload your workbook but this time include the expected result?
I will have a crack at it (no promises) but it would help for me to see what result you are trying to achieve.
Also, on your attachment, Cell A2 has a #NAME? error, which in my understanding comes from the range you have set 'SheetNames' not being defined, by this i mean you have told excel to look in the range 'SheetNames' but you have not actually set that range.

So I'm assuming you want to look at all the employees together for any selected month. If that's so, you might find the solution in the attached file useful.
