Automatically send Birthday E-Mail in Outlook

Dear Experts,

Kindly provide me a coding for sending birthday mailers which will contain:

Employee name
Designation
Location
DOJ
Employee Photo
Birthday wish quote (3 to 4 sets of wishes that can be rotated in random in mails)
Pictures of Bday cake, baloons


The mail has to be sent to a list of resipients in a database. The mail may be triggered through outlook automatically on the birtdate of employees stored in the database.

It will be very useful if you help me out in this case. Bcoz i am losing nearly 35 mins in creating & sending a b'day mailer on the birthday of each and every employee mannually by keeping remainder in outlook calender!
