Count with Multiple Criteria

Hi Again Excel Championsm

I'm stuck on another excel formula.
I need to count if:
column A equals "NSW"
Column B equals "Demolish", "Land", or "Build"
Column C equals "A" or "B"
Column D equals "Industrial.

I have attached an example.

=SUM(COUNTIFS(A:A,"NSW",B:B,{"demolish","land","bu ild"},C:C,{"a";"b"},D: D,"industrial"))
