Writing data from Excel to a text file is a fairly commonly done thing.
There are many ways to do that.

If you do a quick Google search using some search words such as_..
“VBA Excel to text file”
_.. then you will get many many given examples explained in detail.

I do not thing it is possible for anyone to give you a code that will do what you want unless you give much more detailed information of
_what you have in your Excel File
and
_what you want in the text file.

_...

I suggest you research and read what an internet search gives you.
See if you can adapt that to your needs.

If then you still need some help, you must give us a lot more detail:
_ Explain in as much detail exactly what you want.
_ An example Excel data File with reduced data ( desensitized if necessary) showing what you have, the “Before”
and
_ a hand filled in text file showing exactly how the text file should look after the code has transferred the data from your example Excel data file, the “After”

P.s. I am not quite sure what you mean by “live moving” data ??
