VBA - Excel: Disable Internet / Google

Dear All

I need a code that temporary disable a particular Internet site/s. The idea behind this code is-to restrict user not to take any help while he/she is giving any test using Excel as a medium.

You need to check while opening of the workbook, if the internet is connected then "some code" which shall close the workbook, or else the user maycontinue with his work.
