Hi,
Can the below calculation be done using solver add-in in excel?
Breakeven value
Income of the Assessee =a
Tax in Income with cess (30.9%)(b)=(a-10000000)*30.9%
Surcharge on such Income (5%)(c) =b*5%
Total of Tax & surcharge =b+c
Income exceeding 1cr. (d) =a-10000000
=b+c-d
(b+c-d) has to be 0. and i have to find the corresponding value of a. a must be greater than 100 million.
