Yes, it most likely can be done with a macro, what ever it is you want. But god only knows what it is you actually want.


What is column B about?

The only thing that makes any sense at all there is row 2 and row 5.
Nothing else makes any sense there, and your attempts to explain anything are useless.

I assume the results you want are column C ?
And I assume you start with just column A?

If that is the case you need to explain exactly how you get the results, etc. etc.
