Send email from Excel custom list using outlook

Dear All,
I would like to develop a master file to send automated mail with the capabilities as mentioned below.

1. Pick the file (Macro enabled report file) from a specific folder and send to each client as mentioned email id
2. Email ids and Client details are mapped in the second sheet - "Email List"
3. Email Client list may go up to 600 Nos.
4. Custom message for each client is required.


I tried with some macro available in the net. But somehow it is not working.
