In this case, I want to extract each line of the cell into a seperate column

Example - Cell A1 Reads:

Company: Mid Atlantic Industrial Equipment LTD

Market: Harrisburg,PA

Company Size: upto15000+

Industry: Automotive-Sales-and-Repair-Services

Company's Career Page: http://www.midatlanticindustrial.com/e"

Would like each line to be seperate column with no header such as just "Mid Atlantic Industrial Equipment LTD" in A1, "Harrisburg,PA" in C1 etc.

Can anyone help? Thanks very much in advance.

khadder, welcome to ExcelFox community.

You can do this using some text functions like LEFT, MID, SUBSTITUTE etc. Check the attached file, and let me know if that's what you needed.
