outlook macro for email manaement

Hi All,

I am looking for a excel based Macro which could be connected to Outlook.

Watt I want this Macro to do is:

when ever i am sending an email from outlook I will enter a short code of client to whome the email should go to in the subject line.

then the back end macro will go and check the file where all short codes will be mentioned with Client name and email address (not the full address but only address after@)

example: if i want to send an email to abdcxv@xyz.com

Short code of the client is : XYZ full name : abc capital

Subject line: please provide me rates_(XYZ)

macro should check the subject line code XYZ and match it with the after @ if it matches then the email should go out else it should give me an error msg stating email id not matched with client abc capital, please check or else provide valid password to send out the email.

Guys i want to creat this but i am not gud with macros so if ou can help me with the coding part.
