Project Planner tool is to minimize your time and efforts in management of project timelines. If you know that in how much time you would spend on each page you just enter the number of days in front of each sheet and also provide the start date it will manage each and every thing itself.

Instructions:

1:This tool has two sheets, one "Master" sheet and other is "Project Plan Template". In "Master" sheet there are there are 9 Columns which has been used.
(i)-: Project Name: Enter Project Name
(ii)-: DateStart: Enter Start Date of Project:
(iii)-: ListofPages: Here Enter Name of all the pages required to built in your project.
(iv)-: DaysforPageCompletion : Enter no. of days which you expect is needed for each particular page in front of them.
(v)-: Teams on Pages: Write the name of teams working on that particular page.
(vi)-: Parallel Work No.: This column is quite important, if you believe your two pages will be created simultaneously then give same number to them else give unique number in front of the pages. Please same Number of pages must be kept together also please put them in ascending order.

(vii)-: If you know the persons who are working on this project might get leave in between the project. you must mention the date in "mm/dd/yyyy" format.
(viii)-: Teams on Leave : For more clarification in this column mention the name of team on leave in front of leave date.
(xi)-: Color Team: Just write the name of team and give a color to that cell it will reflect the same color in project plan for that particular team.


2: Another sheet is Project Plan Template: Here there is button called "click to generate". If you have filled all the information in the master sheet then you can click this tab and it will generate your project plan accordingly.
